They confess they believe in God, they go to church, they do good works; yet they practice the deeds of the flesh, act like their counterparts in the world, and use God as an excuse, blame God, as if it is all His fault, all the while forgetting the Word Commands us to love your neighbor as your self, love your enemies and pray for those who despitefully use you. Turning the other cheek has gone out of style, helping those who need help has falling by the way-side because the evil is now called good and good is now called evil. What God says is sin, has become the norm; and most people live doing exactly what God says not to do as well as affirming it is OK, because you are sick, born that way, don't have enough understanding of the other person's feelings. When God called sin, SIN. He also said, the wages of sin is death. What does that mean? It means exactly what God said. Adam sinned in the garden; how? He disobeyed God's Word. Sodom and Gomorrah were cities steeped in sin; they were totally destroyed for what America condones as a basic human right of equality. Many people are caught in the tiny sins of gossip, gluttony, lascivious living, thinking they are perfectly safe. Many hold un-forgiveness against one another, haven't spoken to one another in years, treat one another as if they are total strangers, while going to Church praising the Lord - the Lord has a Word for this action: Luke 6:46 If you get saved, you must make Him Lord for the Word to be operational in your life. He wrote the Book, and gave you the Spirit of Wisdom to understand and put it into action for the abundant life right here in this world when you cast your care according to His Word
