O autorze

Donglin Xiareceived his bachelor's degree at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics andhis graduate degree and Ph.D.at Fiscal Research Institute of the Ministry of Finance, China. He has taught at the School of Economics and Finance, Tsinghua University from March, 1995, to present. His main research areas are in financial reporting, corporate governance, accounting standards, and comparative accounting. He is also the consulting expertat theAccounting Standards Board of the Ministry of Finance and theVice Chairman of Accounting Theory and Standards Committee of the ASC.
