Vinod K. Tiwari is an Associate Professor of Organic Chemistry at Banaras Hindu University, India. Dr. Tiwari has taught almost all branches of organic chemistry for the last 16 years. His current research focuses on synthetic carbohydrate chemistry. Dr. Tiwari has supervised twelve PhD theses and his research has been documented in 140 peer-reviewed publications. Additionally, Dr. Tiwari holds several patents & has written book chapters which have received awards from various academic societies. He is a highly-travelled scientist and has delivered over 155 invited lectures in India and abroad. Currently, Dr. Tiwari holds the position of Secretary for the Association of Carbohydrate Chemist and Technologists in India.
