Recently, there has been many clarion calls for better preparation of students. This is just one of the many responses. Here, each player will have a vastly "personal" experience which should produce both a "sense of achievement" and a "sense of humility." Both of these innate, involuntary, responses opens the door of opportunity for higher achievement. These attitudes, too, help them prepare for the real world.
