Philip Jodidio studierte Kunstgeschichte und Wirtschaftswissenschaften in Harvard und war über zwei Jahrzehnte lang Chefredakteur der französischen Kunstzeitschrift Connaissance des Arts. Zu seinen Veröffentlichungen bei TASCHEN gehören die Reihe Architecture Now! sowie Monografien über zahlreiche bedeutende Architekten, darunter Norman Foster, Tadao Ando, Renzo Piano, Jean Nouvel und Zaha Hadid.

Santiago Calatrava wurde 1951 in Valencia, Spanien geboren. Er promovierte an der ETH Zürich und gründete 1981 sein eigenes Architektur- und Bauingenieurbüro. Neben zahlreichen Auszeichnungen und Preisen erhielt er 2005 die Goldmedaille des American Institute of Architects; zudem ist er der einzige Architekt, dessen Werke sowohl im Museum of Modern Art als auch im Metropolitan Museum von New York ausgestellt wurden. Derzeit entwirft er den Bahnhof für Ground Zero in Manhattan und das höchste Gebäude der Vereinigten Staaten: den 160 Stockwerke umfassenden Chicago Spire Tower in Chicago.

Peter Gössel betreibt eine Agentur für Museums- und Ausstellungsdesign. Für TASCHEN hat er Monografien über Julius Shulman, R. M. Schindler, John Lautner und Richard Neutra sowie mehrere Architekturtitel der Kleinen Reihe herausgegeben.
