What comes to you reflects with CLARITY the thoughts YOU hold and emanate. A reality is the "script" that you create for you. You are the creator, writer, characters and the one experiencing the reality your thoughts hold, the perceptions you attract and entrain with. Perception and reality are terms that can be used interchangeably. Your perception is your reality because your thoughts manifested for you, the reality you perceive. What you allow yourself to perceive is YOUR creation, because your thoughts structure and build your perceptions. When you think no one could love you, your belief will prevent you from noticing when you are being loved. You will think you are being "played" or used or abused when someone pays attention to you. Until you have compassion for you, you probably won't notice or create compassion in any of your realities. People don't notice how their outer reality mimics what they think. When your thoughts and feelings are positive, you feel the warm breeze, sunny sky and friendly people. When your thoughts and feelings are gloomy you have a sense of not feeling well, are fearful and don't feel safe. If you are unable to have compassion for the self If you NEED to judge the self or others If you NEED to blame the self or others What reality are you creating for you? The Universal Law of PERCEPTION or reality, is that you cannot PERCEIVE thought patterns, frequencies, vibrations or realities that you cannot MATCH with your thought patterns, frequencies, vibrations or realities. Realities or perceptions are CONCEPTS, not tangible objects. Creating only happens AFTER you imagine it. You can only experience what you can genuinely mimic, think about. The thoughts you hold and maintain are compassionate or not. "LIKE concepts" or thoughts FLOW together into a synchronized pattern of quantum particles or structured energy that creates YOUR internal, perceptions or thoughts. Are your thoughts compassionate or not? There are two main states of consciousness, dark and light with very different "operating systems" and thought patterns, states of consciousness and belief systems. DARK thought patterns are generally NOT compassionate. They are unconsciously created because we have been trained to believe that what we think is unimportant. Only what we do or produce is valued. Humans believe they are separate units, having little or no effect on others. Humans frequently feel they have been victimized, and at times they consider the self an evil predator, and sometimes they feel they are the confused innocents. Humans cycle back and forth, in all three of these roles and illusions, while in the dark. These dark thought patterns have a quantum spin that is so slow; it collects matter, solidifying your thoughts into physicality and into the physical body or container for your soul essence. Dark thoughts keep you tethered and stuck to a very limited small envelop of frequencies and realities. The rules or parameters of the dark bandwidth found only in the third and fourth dimension are: extreme polarities, separation, sequential time, space, unconsciousness and ignorance about how one feels and how one affects the others in their reality and how powerful your thinking really is. LIGHT thought patterns are compassionate. Your thinking is giving and receiving only compassion for you first, so you can share what you have. Your concepts, perceptions and realities are filmy, in continuous motion and flow. The fifth dimension and beyond is like a gas or plasma of quantum particle activity that one is aware of while in the theta, delta and gamma brainwave states of consciousness.
