Bar ERGEN was born in Ankara/Turkey in 1980. He graduated from Mimar Sinan University in 2003; and then he got master degree from Y ld z Technical University in August 2006. In September 2006 Prof. Dr. Kai TOBIAS accepted Bar ERGEN as Doctorate Student. He got Doktor der Ingenieurwissenschaften (Dr.-Ing) degree in 2010.
