The total phenolic content was 252.35 mg TAE g-1 for the EO of Citrus limonia and Laurus nobilis, which is a significant result for the pharmacological activities of the essential oil. In the antioxidant activity assay, an EC50 of 85.20 mg L-1, EC50 of 77.23 mg L-1, EC50 of 88.13 mg L-1, EC50 of 45.30 mg L-1 for action, respectively of EO and nanoemulsions (NEO 1, NEO 2 and NEO 3) of Citrus limonia and Laurus nobilis, being classified as promising action. The studied essential oil obtained by crossing and its nanoemulsions (NEO 1, NEO 2 and NEO 3) showed anti-inflammatory potential, with EC50 of 161.84 mg L-1, EC50 of 220.07 mg L-1, EC50 of 186.85 mg L-1 and EC50 of 252.67 mg L-1, respectively. Through the results obtained, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action of the oil obtained by crossing the species of Citrus limonia and Laurus nobilis and an increase in its potential when the oil is incorporated into nanoemulsions was confirmed. Bringing expressive and unprecedented results, given its absence in the literature, its application being appreciated and deeper studies encouraged due to its biotechnological potential.
