The total phenol content was 252.35 mg EAT g-1 for the HE of C. limonia and L. nobilis, which is a significant result for pharmacological activities. In the antioxidant activity test, an EC50 of 85.20 mg L-1, an EC50 of 77.23 mg L-1, an EC50 of 88.13 mg L-1, an EC50 of 45.30 mg L-1 for the action, respectively of HE and the nanoemulsions (NHE 1, NHE 2 and NHE 3) of C. limonia and L. nobilis, being classified as promising action. The studied essential oil obtained by crossing and its nanoemulsions (NHE 1, NHE 2 and NHE 3) showed anti-inflammatory potential, with an EC50 of 161.84 mg L-1, an EC50 of 220.07 mg L-1, an EC50 of 186.85 mg L-1 and EC50 of 252.67 mg L-1, respectively. Through the results obtained, the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action of the oil obtained by crossing the species of C. limonia and L. nobilis and an increase in its potential when the oil is incorporated into nanoemulsions has been confirmed. Bringing expressive and novel results, given its absence in the literature, its application being appreciated and more in-depth studies encouraged due to its biotechnological potential.
