Shane P. Singh is a Professor in the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia. He has held research fellowships at Harvard University, McGill University, and the University of Montreal. His research is centered on democratic citizenship and engagement across countries, with a particular focus on the role that institutional and contextual factors play in shaping citizens' attitudes and behaviours.
