Dr. Rajendra Mohan Dev Sarma (MA.MLISc.MBA.BEd.BMus.Ph.D) has been serving as the Librarian of Nazira College, Assam, India for more than two decades. His areas of interest are Library Automation, Library and Society, Total Quality Management and Innovative Practices. He is the pioneer of Mobile Library Service from an academic institution.
