Entomology is the subject in where we discussed about Beetles diversity, taxonomy and systematic, morphology, anatomy, ecology and behavior, evolution and all other aspects regarding it. Phylum Arthropods (jointed foots) is the largest one in animal world on which class insect belongs. Order Coleoptera (Hard exoskeleton; Beetles and Weevils) is under super-order, Endopterygota (inner wing hide inside under the hardy outer wing elytra). In this book we identified and describe a total 49 species of beetle from Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, India. Here, we describe their scientific and common name, systematic position, distribution, size, habitat, morphology, life cycle, dwelling host plant/s, economic importance, managements and controls, etc. For better understanding of readers we simplified our sentences and put captured and sketched diagram for making it attractive.
