That is they are trying to develop personalities that are not original, thereby creating the masks of highly valued charisma. There is a need to polish the unique and inherent personality that every person possesses naturally. In the title, 'Basic Personality Development', the word personality is not singular, it is plural both in sense and meaning that it not only includes various spheres of understanding an individual but also trying to define each individual separately. We hope that the book opens new doors of understanding personality development and leadership skills that are the pre-requisite to any employment and resume.

He completed MA English & MJMC from Adikavi Nannaya University and Andhra University respectively. He qualified State Eligibility Test for Lectureship and Authored many Books and Articles.
