This study, academic, aims to develop a business plan for the implementation of the company Lavanderia Azul Campestre do Brasil Ltda, located in the municipality of Toritama, state of Pernambuco, Brazil, with the use of the SWOT Matrix, Cause and Effect Diagram, 5W2H Method, LAIA, Action Plan and Marketing Plan, which demonstrated the possible alternatives or propositions, according to the company's capabilities, that might facilitate its permanence and strengthening in the apparel market, specifically, in the industrial laundry segment, in the Municipality of Toritama, Pernambuco. Such proposal resulted from the intersection of strengths and weaknesses with opportunities and threats, as well as with causes and effects and the marketing plan, given that these will act on its difficulties, so as to enhance its favourable points before the environment in which the industrial enterprise is located.
