Therefore, it has generated information on university autonomy and its imperative for effective university management.

Utile, Timothy Dr. Timothy Utile is currently a senior lecturer at Benue State University (BSU), Makurdi, and a member of the Presidential Visitation Panel to Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike-Nigeria. He served BSU in several capacities and became the Registrar from 2009 to 2017. He has several publications. He is married with 4 lovely children.
