Social Attitudes and the Leadership Qualities are the attributes that are basic to the development of any society, particularly when the society is a developing one. The investigator prepared the statements for the 38 Social Attitude dimensions mentioned on a five point scale. A seven point scale could have been more comprehensive and a three point scale too inadequate to measure the alternative precisely. The sample had been selected among the participants in Games & Sports and non-participants in Games & Sports from the different levels of education i.e., in the districts, Nagpur, Wardha, Bhandara, Chandrapur and Gadchiroli. Research highlights the connection between Games & Sports and Leadership Qualities and Social Attitudes; we need to include in our school agenda the Games & Sports Activities which inter-alia develops the Leadership Qualities and Social Attitudes. The research findings can demand a pride of place for the Games & Sports in such a situation. The findings of the research, if they go on the expected lines can transform the educational system by altering the existing scheme of priorities by putting a premium on Games & Sports Activities.

Presently working as Officiating Principal in Shree Sai Baba Lokprabodhan Kala Mahavidyalaya, Wadner, Dist. Wardha. He obtained B.P.Ed. (1992), M.P.Ed. degree (1994), M.Phil in Physical Education from YCMOU, Nasik and awarded Ph.D (2012) from CMJ University, Shilong. He has published 10 research papers at national journals and conferences.
