Dr Gaotlhobogwe is a lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations, University of Botswana. He has a B.Ed from Marjons' College,Plymouth; M.Ed from the University of Manchester; and PhD from the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff. His background and research interest is in the area of design and technology education.
