The researcher used Convenient sampling to choose the participants from top and middle level of the management as the sample size was low and interview were conducted only the information began to repeat and reached a point of saturation. The findings include the current pricing strategy that is applied in the company, The weaknesses in the current strategy and we also tries to find out that will be the new pricing strategy will work out. The data was analyzed using manual qualitative data analysis performed on MS word.
