He is believed to be the ringleader. Being headstrong and determined to succeed in her first major assignment, Arabella takes risks against the advice of her superiors. When her elaborate cover is blown, she almost loses her life. But being fast-thinking, courageous and resourceful, she manages to help bring down the terrorist cell before it can carry out its bloody plans, which would have produced casualties far in excess of the 3,000 lives lost on 9/11. The terrorist targets, thoroughly scouted, included poorly guarded chemical plants thoughout the US.
