Welt- und Kolonialausstellungen; anderseits die handfesten konservatorischen Strategien innerhalb des 'Archaologischen Parks von Angkor' und die Kanonisierung von Angkor Wat als Symbol nationaler Identitat im nachkolonialen Kambodscha und als globale Ikone auf der Weltkulturerbe-Liste der UNESCO.
