Laphet, Myanmar traditional fermented pickled tea leaves is a name of one kind of tea using in Myanmar. Laphet also called a national food and signature of country that is consumed all over country. Pyie Phyo Maung was born in Wuntho,Sagaing Division, Myanmar. Then graduated Bachelor degree of Biotechnology at Technological University (Kyaukse)(early called GTC-Kyaukse). Later got Master of Engineering(food Science) from Jiangnan University, P.R.China. Now still studying Ph.D(Food Biotechnology) at Mandalay Technological University, Mandalay).
