Traditionally, all studies on child protection have focused on the situation and conditions of children in particular, leaving out a no less important part of the survival of children, namely the protection actors. Today, it is clear that the success of child protection systems depends heavily on the quality of the human resources that make up the system and the level of harmonization of their actions. This evaluation study of the effectiveness of the integrated protection system shows that the mastery of protection standards has a major impact on the proper functioning of the system. Indeed, the various results obtained through the surveys conducted among protection actors justify the importance of training and harmonization of protection activities for an inclusive and effective care of children in vulnerable situations.
