Human behaviour is unpredictable and difficult to understand as everybody is unique and different.I feel it is a continuous process to understand people and their behaviour.There are two kinds of sciences one is exact and the other is inexact .The exact science has fixed data observation while the inexact science like astrology,,palmistry,,seismology,astronomy and meteorology has no fixed data and these departments has to work continuously to keep on seeing the coming changes.In the same manner the human behaviour in the organisation has to be monitored continuously to make the human capital smart and update.Now it is time of training and development so it is important for every organisation to understand human values as they cannot achieve targets without people.Today IS A TIME TO HAVE a strategic planning to implement the objective.It is required to to understand the changes coming in the society to have a competitive advantage.The hiring process has to be transparent .The science of ergonomics has to be established to have a good organisational climate.
