Omuse, Frankline OyeseOyese O. Frankline is a serving military officer. He has lectured in different Army schools for the last ten years. He is currently working under African Union in Somalia. He holds Diplomas in; Human Resource Management, Legal Studies, and Psychology from Alison Institute in Ireland, Diploma and Bachelor of Military Science from Egerton University.
