Kiyana Wa Muyenga Maxence was born on 14 June 1991 in Lubumbashi, in the south-east of the DRC. His qualifications include a Diplôme de Graduat (in 2013) and a Licence (or Master "LMD" in 2015) in Economic and Social Law from the Université Catholique du Congo.
