Pius Oyeniran Abioje earned B.Th. Urban University, Rome, 1981-1984; M.Th. and PhD, Catholic Institute of West Africa, Port Harcourt/University of Calabar, Nigeria, 1992-1994 and 1996-1999, respectively. He is currently a Professor of Christian Studies in University of Ilorin, Nigeria.
