Vinit Kumar Gunjan is an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, CMR Institute of Technology Hyderabad (Affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad). In 2016 he was honoured with the prestigious Early Career Research Award by the Science Engineering Research Board, Government of India. He is a senior member of the IEEE and an active Volunteer at the IEEE Hyderabad section.
Sabrina Senatore received her M.S. degree and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Salerno, Italy. She is currently an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the University of Salerno, which she joined in 2005. She is the chair of the IEEE CIS Task Force on Intelligent Agents (TFIA) and a member of the IEEE CIS Intelligence Society Task Force: Fuzzy Systems for Web Intelligence. Prof. Senatore is also an Associate Editor of the journal Information Science, and an editorial board member of both the Applied Intelligence Journal and the International Journal of Computational Intelligence Theory and Practice.
Amit Kumar, Ph.D., is a passionate Forensic Scientist, Entrepreneur, Engineer, Bioinformatician and IEEE Volunteer. In 2005, he founded the first private DNA testing company, BioAxis DNA Research Centre, in Hyderabad, India, with an American partner. He has vast experience of training 1000+ crime investigation officers and has helped process 750+ criminal and non-criminal cases by offering analytical services. A senior member of the IEEE, he is currently also a Visiting Professor at SJB Research Foundation and Vice Chairman of the IEEE India Council and IEEE Hyderabad Section.
Xiao-Zhi Gao received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 1993 and 1996, respectively. He has been serving as a Professor at the University of Eastern Finland since 2018. His research interests include nature-inspired computing methods and their applications in optimisation, data mining, machine learning, control, signal processing and industrial electronics.
Suresh Merugu received his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee. He has four years of research experience in the fields of Advanced Digital Image Processing, Colorimetry, Computer Vision, Sub-Pixel Classification, Data Mining Techniques and Space Sciences. He has been an Associate Professor at CMR College of Engineering & Technology Hyderabad since 2007.
