Lastly the challenges that have affected the sector and pushed it to the periphery of the main stream education ministry have been discussed. The way forward on how the sector can be improved has been highlighted. This book is timely in addition to the available literature on the topic of adult education for students of education in universities, colleges, educational managers and policy makers.
