The current research is conducted to examine the state's tourism industry's expansion and development between the years of 2003 and 2016. The study is secondary and descriptive in nature. SWOT Analysis was used to derive the study's conclusions. In their investigation, the researchers concluded that one important activity that aids in the expansion and development of a state's economy is tourism. They, too, demonstrate that it stimulates the economy of Himachal Pradesh, a hilly state.
