The students from the six different schools of senior secondary sections in the eastern and western side of mandleshwar were selected particular from English medium schools for the research work. Then from the information received through questionnaire they were further classified as girls- boys . for the purpose of detailed study further classification was done based on caste, religion, parents occupation to compare the effects on the reading habits of the students. The information was then tabulated to make graphs, conclusion were arrived interpreting the data. 1.
