Dr Anastasia Papazafeiropoulou is a lecturer at Brunel University in the United Kingdom. She has 10 years of research experience on the study of diffusion and adoption of technologies as electronic commerce, broadband Internet, Enterprise Recourse Planning Systems (ERPs), Customer Relationship Management systems (CRMs), IP-telephony and mobile TV.
