This publication has been brought forward to assist in enlightening the reader and willing participant on the issue of how Black Lives Matter from an introductory or "101" perspective. It takes in consideration a reflection of the historic Juneteenth Experience from 1865 and attempts a further more in depth look at the issue of Blacks Lives Mattering from earlier cultural observations until present day challenges.
