Seyed Mehdi Sharifi holds a PhD in Human Resource Management and is a faculty member of Tehran University Management College and Dean of Media Management Department in University of Tehran Alborz Campus. Naser Janani is a PhD candidate in Applied Linguistics and a university lecturer at Supreme National Defense University in Tehran.
