A Gecko's Dimension: A Novel by a Stunning Tedx Speaker Jennifer Lee Max is an eyelash crested pet gecko who loves eating crickets. One day, a life-changing family heirloom that is owned by his newly made best friend comes flying into Max's terrarium. Days later, an unexpected theft is made, and that leads to a whole lot of trouble. Max and his mouse friend Willie embark on a journey crossing over the magical and physical world to find the blue tin heart, and on the way, they meet a couple of other friends who join in to help their quest. Friendships are interwoven and trust is embroidered on top. The golden thread of optimism is slowly peeled off by approaching obstacles that loom over the group. Enemies are in the four heroes' path, and the special object they urge to find could completely change the face of the future. The group's efforts slowly calm the dark flames of anger, but something still remains questionable. A Gecko's Dimension is an amazing story derived from the author's Tedx speech about her pet gecko, My Best Friend Max. The book reflects a unique perspective of child's imagination and marvelous creativity. Jennifer Lee started her writing career at a very early age. Between her age of three and four, she showed her precocious ability in reading and writing with a good sense of rhythm and elaboration. Her talent in writing was clearly revealed after she started her school as she often presented her own poems and stories at her school events. Year after year, her voluminous daily reading boosted her even more polished writing skill. Finally in 2015 when she was eight years old, she started to write her first novel, A Gecko's Dimension, to publish. Her completion of the book took a year and a half. (Recommend for age 8 and up)
