Therefore, there is a distortion of interests between these two great powers in several international issues including: the Ukrainian crisis, the Syrian file, the Russian cyberattacks on the U.S. elections of November 08, 2016, the expulsion of Russian diplomats. These facts testify to the hot peace between these two great powers and their dissensions lead the world in uncertainties of all kinds.
