In this new area of green technology, Solar Distillation plays major role to convert the brackish and salt water into portable water. Because, Energy crises plays a major role in the world due to the increased birth rate and decreased death rate which leads to the high consumption and degradation of natural resources. From now the source of fresh water must be acquired from great oceans and seas that can be distilled by abundant solar technology to help the future generation to survive from the demand for getting the fresh water resource. The vision of this project is to boost the performance of the solar still by the incorporation of the diverse absorbed plate design.

Pitchia Krishnan, B.He completed Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering at National Engineering College, Affiliated by Anna University, Tamilnadu, India and Master Degree in Thermal Engineering at Government College of Engineering, Tamilnadu, India. He is working as an Assistant Professor at NCT, Tamilnadu and he has published 15 research papers,1 Patent & 3 books.
