Suzanne Anker is a visual artist and theorist working at the nexus of art and the biological sciences. Her work has been shown both nationally and internationally in museums and galleries including Daejeon Biennale 2018, Korea, The Center for Art and Media Technology Karlsruhe, the International Biennial of Contemporary Art of Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, the Walker Art Center, the Smithsonian Institute, the Phillips Collection, P.S.1 Museum, the JP Getty Museum, and the Museum of Modern Art in Japan. She has been the Chair of the Fine Arts Department of School of Visual Arts in New York since 2005.Sabine Flach is a professor of modern and contemporary art at the University of Graz. She is Chair of the Center of Contemporary Art. In addition, she is a member of the Faculty at the School of Visual Arts, New York City. From 2011-2013 she was a Professor at the School of Visual Arts, New York City and from 2000-2010 Head of the research department »WissensKünste« at the Center for Literary and Cultural Research in Berlin (ZfL).
