Barney Hoskyns kam 1959 in London zur Welt. Er ist der leitende Redakteur von Mick Rocks "Backpages", der einzigen Bibliothek der Popliteratur und des Popjournalismus. Er ist außerdem ehemaliger Redakteur des New Musical Express, hat für die Vogue geschrieben und für MOJO als U.S.-Korrespondent gearbeitet. Seine Biografie über Tom Waits, Lowside of the Road, ist 2009 erschienen, sein Buch über Led Zeppelin, Trampled Under Foot, im Jahr 2012.

Reuel Golden, ehemaliger Chefredakteur des British Journal of Photography, ist Editor für Fotografie bei TASCHEN.
