Jürgen Müller hat den Lehrstuhl für Mittlere und Neuere Kunstgeschichte an der Technischen Universität in Dresden inne, wo er auch lebt. Er veröffentlichte Aufsätze und Bücher zu kunst- und filmgeschichtlichen Themen und ist Herausgeber der Dekaden-Filmbuchreihe bei TASCHEN.
