Plants raised by stem cutting retain the short stature, which is very comfortably. Such type of raised plants gown under the controlled condition, so external factor is not effect as result the higher success percentage. The use of stem hard wood cutting is the least expensive method for vegetative propagation. The survival of the plants usually depends upon the favorable environmental factors, growing media is one of the most important factors required for the survival and production because it not only supports the plants but also provides moisture and mineral nutrient to cuttages plants.

Dr. Nitin Soni completed his B.Sc. (Agriculture) UG from College of Agriculture, JNKVV, Jabalpur in 2003. In the same year he cleared the All India Entrance Exam (ICAR) form Horticulture. He completed his PG in 2005 and then cleared ICAR NET in 2010 and completed his Ph.D. Degree in 2016-17. At present he is working as Scientist in RVSKVV, Gwalior.
