Lusheng Miao: Born in 1978, received a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2010 from French South African Institute of Technology (F SATI) at Tshwane University of Technology. Since March 2011, he has been with the same university as a Ph.D. student. His research interests are in the field of wireless ad hoc and vehicular networks.
