The outsourcing organizations are responsible for social tasks support the political asylum that can outsource the related tasks to the external organizations via a contract or agreement. The research could achieve the results which are similar to those in Social Enterprise by using qualitative research and the determination of criteria, which is important to the regional officials in their outsourcing of asylum-related tasks to an external enterprise. It is clear that it would be beneficial to a Social Enterprise in their optimization of the strategy of an existing company. Knowing which social and economic principles are mostly needed to secure the confidence of granting NGO or NPO that would be extremely useful as well as the company's competitiveness. From this data, a list which provides arguments that should be used in negotiations with municipalities, and with the research's customer in the receipt of an order was generated for Social Enterprise. This research surveyed the needs of approximately 45 potential outsourcing organizations in England, Germany, and Switzerland. It analyzed their needs, giving the contract to the organizations which fulfil the criteria and others information regarding to such contracts.
