The Editors: Danny Paau is a Scholar-in-Residence at the Department of Education Studies at the Hong Kong Baptist University and has just completed his tenure as Professor of History at the same University. He has authored several publications on modern China, the question of Taiwanese independence and Sino-US relations.
Herbert Yee is a Professor of Politics and International Relations at the Hong Kong Baptist University. His publications include studies about the political culture in China, processes of transition and the international perception of China.
