He has presented his work at various national and international conferences and venues, often serving as invited keynote speaker; he has also published articles in multiple academic journals. He has completed advanced executive leadership programs at Harvard, Stanford and Wharton.
Author, translator, editor, co-author, and co-editor of more than 25 books, his most recent publications include Bhagavad Gītā and Leadership (2019); Holistic Leadership (2017); Gandhi and Leadership (2015); and Seven Habits of Highly Fulfilled People (2012/2014). He is the Editor-in-Chief of four Major Reference Works: Springer Handbook of Engaged Sustainability (2018); The Palgrave Handbook of Workplace Spirituality and Fulfillment (2018); The Routledge Companion to Mindfulness at Work (2020), and The Palgrave Handbook of Workplace Well-Being (2020).
