Later, she worked for Rutgers Organics Corporation, a custom chemical manufacturer. Her role was to develop chemical processes in the lab then scale-up to manufacturing. In addition, she has practiced lean sigma to improve net profit per pound of product delivered. When the market conditions changed, Azizeh went back to school full time, while also working full time, to complete her education and certification in Lean Sigma. Following her stint in chemical manufacturing, Azizeh transitioned to the service sector applying Lean Sigma principles and concepts the benefit of Allstate, First American Fulfillment Solutions, and UL (Underwriters Laboratories). Azizeh is a practicing Lean Leader working in the role of Lean Sigma Master Black Belt. She has been at UL for ten years where she enables Lean transformation across the enterprise.
