This is a message urging the goal of inclusion of the entire planet in the disclosure and governance of the technology at hand; it also places a significant amount of emphasis on the equality and liberty of all. Within, you will find examples of a secret language, one which combines modern ones in a fashion which at once proves the existence of time travel, the divine hand influencing our language, and thus the creation of civilization itself, and provides the guiding light to see us through this dark night.
