Most of the almost 200 images in this volume were created by continuing the tradition of using a visualizing method. They show the amazing variety of ideas that can be created from doodles and abstract sketches by just relaxing and letting the mind's eye do its thing. Rendering to a finish covers several techniques. They are usually dictated by the 'feel' one gets from the imagery. Images in this volume are finished in pencil, drawing pens, quill type pens, markers, brush and sometimes Photoshop. Included is a step by step procedure that shows how an image is created. There are also two sections that do not deal with visualizing from an abstract beginning. They are the book illustrations and the life drawings. A final page shows how a single idea can become a theme for a fine art piece.
