There were some that thought he was a squirrel. He had reddish-brown fur that lay close to his body, a thick but pointy nose, black gloved feet and a bushy red tail ending with a white tip. He stood about a foot and a half tall. He was obviously not a squirrel. Yes, his ancestors were much more powerful than he was, but he would show them his spirit was just as strong. His name was Derthanal, the name of a protector.
