At the same time, there is a new vibrational level of consciousness, so high, that the cosmic brotherhood, which the picture with the zodiac and the cosmic beings surrounding earth also represents, will again become conscious for mankind. The good news is that the shift has already happened; but it will be recognised only gradually. It will look as if the change is happening slowly.
