Of particular interest to those not familiar with Hamann will be a chapter devoted to examining or in some cases, placing Hamann in dialogue with other important thinkers, such as Socrates, David Hume, Friedrich Nietzsche, Martin Buber, Franz Rosenzweig, and Ludwig Wittgenstein."
